Site Manager

Position Summary: Drain vehicular crankcase oils, install new oil filters, replenish other automotive liquids such as power steering, brake fluid, windshield wash, battery fluid, check air filters, check tire pressures, check radiator coolants, check automatic transmission fluids, etc. while presenting a professional and courteous image to customer.

Serve as direct customer contact, write up orders, do cash opening and closing, inveentory control and ordering, scheduling of personnel, handling of complaints, direct interface with owner, send out reminder cards, increase repeat customer % return, designate readerboard sinage, anticipate stock shortages, schedule pick up and deliveries, cash, credit card, and check management, selling of additives, and enhancing average ticket price.  Female applicants will be welcomed.

Requirements:
High School Degree, GED or equivalent background
Mechanical ability and previous mechanical experience
Have access to automobile or transportation to work
Effective oral communication skills
Interpersonal skills to perform in a customer service role

Compensation
Depending on experience $7.50 hr and up
